Dezire Clinic Hiring For Front Desk Cum Receptionist at Gurgaon, Haryana Full Time

We are looking for talented full time front desk executive for our Gurgaon center. The candidate should have pleasant personality with good communication skills.
Good English speaking will be preferred and those who have worked in this field will be preferred.
Responsibilities and Duties

Welcome patients and visitors and receive every call from patient , answering or referring queries.
Provide necessary information to the patient and visitors.
Schedule appointment of patients and communicate to the concern person.
Keeps patients appointment on schedule by notifying doctors/ counsellor of patients arrival. Reviewing service delivery compared to schedule, reminding doctors/counsellor about delay.
Keep the records of patients properly.
Maintains office inventory and equipment by checking stock to determine inventory level. Anticipating needed supplies and initiate purchase procedure.
Maintain operations by following policies and procedures of clinic.

Language Must: – English & Hindi

The salary will be offered as per the experience and performance of the candidate.

Job Types: Full-time, Walk-In

Salary: ₹12,000.00 – ₹15,000.00 per month
