Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an English Assessment Specialist at Dewan Consultants in Mumbai. The English Specialist will be responsible for assessing candidates spoken & written English Language, communication skills and training. Day-to-day tasks include recruitment of candidates for various industries such Hospitality & Aviation.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Conduct assessments for English language proficiency using various tools such as IELTS, TOEFL, etc.
- Provide training to candidates on improving their English language skills and strategies for improving their test scores.
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive understanding of the testing process for different exams.
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure seamless execution of recruitment activities.
- Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in education/training & placement sector.
Qualification
Must have honours deg in English.
Salary – 4.5L to 6.5 L per annum
