Some of the job responsibilities will include:

• Assist in designing of training modules for middle level managers, master trainers, school heads and

teachers identified by government partners. Also design trainings for the trainers and volunteers of
partner NGOs and schools

• Deliver training in-person or online as per requirement
• Document and analyze feedback of the trainees and share reports
• Conduct field visits and classroom observations and provide on-sport feedback to all relevant

stakeholders

• Liaise with the management of partner organizations as per requirement
