Job Title- Life Cycle Event (LCE), AS

Location- Bangalore

Role Description

You will be a member of the Findings Management LCE assessment team. The team is responsible for assessing lifecycle events (e.g., findings closures) for compliance with relevant policies and procedures (e.g. Findings Management Policy)

This role requires audit / quality assurance experience as well as excellent communication and coordination capabilities as you directly interact with all levels of management across Technology, Data and Innovation (TDI), Globally.

Your key responsibilities

  • Reviewing day-to-day LCEs performed by employees across TDI for compliance with Findings Management Policy and underlying procedures in a timely manner, to a high level of quality
  • Provide concise written and verbal feedback on deficiencies to (senior) stakeholders
  • Identifying and reporting themes and trends for Senior Management to action, where required
  • Proactively develop and maintain professional consultative working relationships, primarily within the TDI risk community and infrastructure functions such as NFRM, Group Audit and RMG

Your skills and experience

  • Audit / quality assurance / divisional control experience
  • Excellent team working capabilities and an ability to build strong business and team relationships
  • A high level of personal integrity, as the role may require the handling and management of information related to sensitive or business confidential topics.
  • Strong analytical competency with appreciation of risks, regulatory requirements and controls generically and specifically to banking
  • Strong English communication skills, both oral and written
