Tentative Date Of Joining : At the earliest

Education: At least 5 years in the education sector (preferably primary and secondary schools) with overall at least 10 years.

Key responsibilities and accountabilities :
Management & Operation :
Create an L&D environment within the team aligned with program goals and team members’ professional goals.

Implementing a branding strategy for ES and gearing up multiple communication channels (radio, social media, conferences etc) in coordination with the DF’s Media & Communication team.

Build a team to able to execute different aspects of EarlySpark on the ground to show tangible results.

Develop budgeting for the next 3-5 years and recruitment plans.

Performance reviews and program review for/with the team to help them understand the expectations. One on one with the heads of modules.

Prepare briefs, reports and presentations summarizing partnerships related activities and progress to update the board and the overall management/manager.

Organising and maintaining the document repository in an orderly fashion. The crucial documents include government permissions and MOU.

Partnerships :
Develop relationship with different organizations to complement EarlySpark’s efforts in different ways or for funding (through CSR or Foundations).

Identify and map development organizations and stakeholders for possible collaborations and partnerships to address the EarlySpark’s key outcomes and goals

Collaboratively develop marketing strategy and materials in collaboration with US-based fundraising team with the aim of soliciting other foundations and CSR programs for funding.

Strategy :
Identify relevant government schemes and design program strategies to leverage them

To develop a sustainable growth strategy in terms of impact and funding through CSR for the next 3-5 years.

Develop and maintain detailed account analysis and competitive analysis and identify the key differentiator of EarlySpark.

Monitor and research current and relevant emerging education policy and schemes relevant to EarlySpark’s program and vision.

Goals for academic year 2021-22 :
Scale EarlySpark to over 200+ schools and 12000+ students.

Scale EarlySpark to over 200+ schools and 12000+ students.

Introduce new/reviewed curriculum modules including teacher training guides and picture books.

Develop 1, 3 & 5 year plan for India operations including goals& outcomes, scaling targets, respective budgets, and organization charts for each year.

Introduce training materials or training programs of 3 partner organizations / NGOs

Work on the recruitment and the budgeting of the program

Conduct year end performance reviews for full-team, including self-assessments and upward feedback, with associated performance-based compensation adjustments.

Build relations with the government of Karnataka Education ministry

Find CSR funding for classroom transformation or other verticals – relationships with foundations, corporates to get the word out. India and US team together.
