Responsibilities

• Do profile assessment of interested students and give course option by shortlisting Universities matching their profile
• Guide students through resolving queries on quick and urgent basis.
• Responsible for maintaining and updating student database on regular basis.
• Candidate has to be passionate about her job. Work aggressively. Willing to grow fast along with the company.
• Initiative takers, dedicated individuals with high level of work ethics.
• Hard working individual who is highly focused and is looking for the right environment to grow.
• Connect with qualified leads who have shown interest in studying aboard.
• Understand their requirements of overseas education in-terms of course, country.
• Mentoring students to select appropriate programs
• Help students make informed decisions about their academic and professional goals.
• Provide updates to the clients via emails and phone calls.
• Should have knowledge of overseas education for different countries
• Advising potential students on education opportunities in abroad.
• Coordinate and maintain a strong relationship with students and their parents.
• Conducting detailed profile assessment of student interested in abroad studies and accordingly guiding them to shortlist the universities where his /her chances of getting admission are high.
• Assisting for student IELT/PTE//TOFEL Exam, visa applications
• Assistance with activities to promote overseas educational institution.
• Follow up with high potential leads.
• Experience in academic counselling or overseas counselling will be an added advantage.
• Build a professional relationship with clients through inbound/outbound calls, emails, and live chat interactions.

Skills & Experience
1 year or more experience
A motivated and driven self-starter
Excellent communication skills
Good convincing Power.
Should be able to work independently
Exceptional people skills with a clear and confident phone manner
