Tole & responsibilities

Teaching:

Develop and deliver lectures, seminars, and laboratory sessions.

Design course syllabi, lesson plans, and teaching materials.

Assess student performance.

Provide guidance and support to students.

Stay updated on advancements in the field to enhance teaching methodologies.

Research:

Conduct independent research in their area of expertise. Publish research findings, Secure funding through grants,Collaborate with other researchers etc,,

Mentor graduate students and supervise their research work.

Service and Administration:

Serve on departmental committees and participate in faculty meetings.

Contribute to the development of departmental policies and curriculum.

Engage in academic service activities such as reviewing manuscripts and serving on editorial boards. etc

Preferred candidate profile

Candidates with Postgraduate Degree in relevant discipline with PhD/Doing PhD are preferred.

The preferred candidate for an Assistant Professor/Associate Professor/Professor position should demonstrate excellence in teaching, research potential, interdisciplinary skills, effective communication, leadership qualities, commitment to diversity and inclusion, and a willingness to contribute to the institution’s academic and intellectual community.
