PMO Manager Responsibilities:

• Capability:
  • Experience in performing gap analysis and business process re-engineering, creating strategic frameworks & vision reports
  • Knowledge of education sector and skilling sector at state/central level
• Project management:
  • Planning project management, including setting deadlines, prioritizing tasks, and assigning team members to various deliverables.
  • Accurately documenting the project’s creation, development, and execution as well as documenting the project’s scope, budget, and justification.
  • Analyzing financial data, including project budgets, risks, and resource allocation
  • Providing financial reports and budget outlines to Executives.
• Team management: Overseeing the development of the project and ensuring that team members are carrying out their tasks efficiently

PMO Manager Requirements:

• A Master’s degree in Business, Administration, or a related field.
• A Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification is preferred
• A minimum of seven years’ experience in the industry.
• A minimum of 2 year’s experience in a supervisory position at client facing roles
• Experience of working with ministry of education/ministry of skill development and entrepreneurship/NCVT or related experience is preferred
• Strong leadership skills.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
