Consulting Sales professional to join our Sales team in selling Assurance, Tax, Technology, Business and Transaction Advisory and Consulting and advice through the Automotive, Industrial, Infrastructure sector.
Charter of the BD Team
In this position you will be responsible for:
Ø Work on accounts & account plan and generating opportunities and working with relevant solution teams and driving the same towards proposal and closures.
Ø Increasing our market penetration by sourcing new business.
Ø Consulting with ‘C’ Level Executives to identify opportunities to develop and implement effective enterprise wide strategies that maximize the value delivered by our products and services.
Ø Building excellent client relationships across the client organization from the top management to the project sponsors and Managers, offering insight and strategic input to their business objectives.
Ø Drive key campaigns, such as MFR, Regulatory changes, new solutions, etc.
Ø Monetisation of key firm events and forums through focused follow up of registrations, participants, key stakeholders, partners etc
Requirement
Ø To be successful you require proven consultative sales and Relationship Building experience selling high value services to Clients.
Ø You will have an experience of 10-12 years in Sales.
Ø Demonstrated consistency in over achieving your sales quotas;
Ø Ability to work as part of Deloitte team to develop and implement growth strategies for clients is also essential.
Ø Previous experience with using sales and account management tools and methodologies is also necessary.
Ø Your ability to identify opportunities, influence outcomes and work
effectively in a target focused environment will serve you well in this
position.
Ø As will your knowledge of emerging issues and opportunities in the business environment and understanding of how these relate to trends and developments in the particular industry.
Ø You are a confident, focused over achiever with a high level of professionalism and integrity.
You successfully build internal and external relationships and have proven, planning and presentation and all round communication skills
1) Education background: Chartered Accountant/ Engineer along with Management Post Graduation from a premier institute.
2) Existing relationship in the market with the client.
3) Should be handling multiple accounts all by themselves.
4) Stability in the career.
