Assistant Manager – GreenSpace Tech Research – Deloitte Support Services India Private Limited

We are looking for a highly motivated individual with strong research and analytic skills and an eye for detail to be part of the GreenSpace Tech Research teamin India. The role provides an opportunity to work on global projects that involve research and analysis of climate technologies and climate tech markets.

The GreenSpace Tech Research team isat the core of GreenSpace Tech. The team tracks and analyzes the climate tech landscape and delivers high-quality data and analysis to support pursuits and client project delivery.

Job Responsibilities

• Collaborate with members of the research and client teams to understand project requirements
• Conduct in-depth research and analysis on climate technologies and markets
• Identify, profile, and analyze climate technology innovators including researchers, startups, established companies; and investors
• Synthesize data from multiple sources to develop high-quality detailed outputs to meet client requirements
• Prepare presentations and briefs on various climate and environment-related topics
• Stay current on climate-related news, technologies, regulations, and policy developments
• Meet deadlines with with minimal supervision
• Manage all aspects of engagement/project to ensure outcomes and meet deadlines.
• Review/guide junior colleagues on projects and client interactions.

Skills Required

• Knowledge of sustainability & climate change technologies, trends, and business issues is a strong plus
• Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
• Excellent research and data analysis skills
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills
• Ability to synthesize large sets of data and integrate them into clear, insightful reports and recommendations
• Proficiency in developing executive-level presentations
• Self-discipline and time management skills; effective working working with light supervision in a hybrid (in person/virtual) environment
• Self-motivated, innovative, and strong team player (the success of the team is your success)

Qualifications, Experience, Work Location, and Timing

• Academic qualification: Master’s Degree required–MBA (preferred)
• Work experience: 6+ years
• Location: Mumbai
• Work hours: 11:00 AM – 8:00 PM
