Delhivery is seeking a talented and experienced Senior Manager for Content Creation & Corporate Communications. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in corporate communications and content creation, with a focus on preparing impactful Press Releases, townhall decks,CXO presentations, Annual Report, crafting and rolling out employee engagement initiatives. This role requires a strategic communicator who can convey complex ideas clearly and effectively to diverse audiences.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Content Creation: Develop and design engaging and visually appealing content for Press, townhall decks, presentations, Annual Report, and other employee engagement campaigns (including video scripting and co-ordinating production)

  • Corporate Communication: Ensure all internal communication aligns with Delhivery’s brand voice and messaging. Maintain consistency and clarity in all corporate communications.

  • Stakeholder Engagement: Work closely with HR, IR, Compliance, Ops, Brand, and Business to gather relevant information and insights to create accurate and impactful communication materials

  • Event Coordination – PR and Internal Events as needed (Will need travel)

  • Quality Assurance: Ensure all content is accurate, well-written, and visually appealing. Proofread and edited content as needed.

  • Trend Monitoring: Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in corporate communications and content creation. Implement new strategies to improve communication effectiveness.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Journalism, or a related field. Master’s degree is a plus.
  • Experience: Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in corporate communications, content creation, and presentation development. Previous experience in a senior management role is highly desirable.

Skills:

  • Proven experience in creating and delivering high-quality content and presentations.
  • Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills.
  • Excellent design skills with proficiency in PowerPoint and other presentation software.
  • Strong understanding of corporate communications strategies and best practices.
  • Exceptional organizational and project management skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and senior leadership.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
