To lead this change from within, we are looking for qualified Head of the Dept. – Performing Arts (Music/Instruments, Dance, Theatre) with a passion and deep understanding of how children learn the performing Arts. The candidate should be qualified and eligible to teach any of the performing arts subjects.

Responsibilities and Duties

Strategic direction and development of the Curriculum for Performing Arts;

Monitoring the effective teaching, learning and assessment of Performing Arts as the subject across the school;

Leading, guiding and mentoring the staff in the department;

Effective deployment of resources required for the development of the department.

Key Skills : Passion for Music/Instruments, Dance, Theatre, Leadership, Curriculum Development, Strategic planning of Teaching, Learning and Assessment of the subject , Excellent Communication and Interpersonal skills

Qualification and Experience:

Graduate / Post Graduate in related subject from recognized universities;

7-8 years of overall experience in Teaching the Performing Arts.

Candidate should be resident of Bangalore and available to join immediately.
