Role Description

We are seeking a passionate full-time Debate Coach for a hybrid role based in India, with flexibility for some work-from-home arrangements. The Debate Coach will guide students in developing their oratory, critical thinking, and argumentation skills. Responsibilities include creating and delivering debate training programs, coaching students for competitions, providing constructive feedback, and designing strategies to enhance persuasive communication abilities.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Public Speaking, Effective Communication, and Argumentation
• Ability to train and mentor students in Critical Thinking and Persuasive Communication
• Experience in Creative Problem Solving and Team Building to foster collaboration among students
• Competence in Planning and Organizing Debate Curriculums and Events
• Strong instructional and presentation skills, with the ability to cater to diverse learning styles
• Relevant experience as a Debate Coach or similar role; participation in debates or public speaking events is advantageous
• Bachelor’s degree in Education, English, Communication, or a related field
• Passion for education and mentoring the next generation of thought leaders
