DCT Immigration Hiring For counselor at Ludhiana, Punjab Full Time

We are looking for experienced counsellor in this field to handle study, PR and tourist visa queries and spouse visa clients.

Responsibilities and Duties

• Handling face to face or over the phone inquiries.
• Preparing visa applications, Assisting students for college/university admissions.
• Bringing Minimum 2 cases every month

Required Experience and Qualifications

• She/he Should be graduate and should have at least 2-3 year of experience in Study Visa Counselling.
• Attend walk-ins and Handling client interactions, customer queries in terms of the queries related to Study Abroad solutions.
• Salary will be no bar for deserving candidates.

· Candidate should have good computer working skills with knowledge of Word, Excel, Mail, etc.

• To explain about colleges and different courses
• Provide professional Guidance in Counselling, Admissions, Case study and evaluating the eligibility of the prospect ensuring zero client dissatisfaction.
