Job Overview
To impart training to the students of the ECCE course at DBM Center with the aim of empowering them by providing them with the best training and to make them job-ready. To plan and develop course curriculum, content and course timetable keeping the industry requirements and students’ level of learning in mind. 

Responsibilities
    Course Delivery
Develop course content and update the same after every 2 batches taking feedback of the students and employers,
Use the latest technologies for efficient delivery of course to students
Develop assignments, tests, practicals etc along with a grading system
Develop project assignments for students for cementing their understanding further on the course
Complete courses as per schedule
Work towards successful job placement of the students

Hands-on Training
Use creative techniques to communicate and explain the concepts (multimedia, online, offline researched materials etc)
Prepare students to learn and solve real-world problems with their learning at the course as part of hands-on assignment/task
Coordination of the student internship programme with respective schools
Course Content Quality
Continuously update the course content (Teaching Learning Material) of a given syllabus to keep it updated with changing requirements
Constantly update the content medium (PPT, videos, models, whiteboard, charts etc)

Personal Development
Motivate students to help them overcome their fear and shortcomings
Be a role model by displaying the best professionalism in teaching
Encourage students to ask more questions and think about problems
Encourage students to speak in the English language 
Prepare students for job interviews
