– Conduct training that cover a Mortgage Underwriters tasks 
– Develop & update training materials
– Assist the underwriting department with creating procedural documents
– Schedule training by coordinating with various department

Required Candidate profile

Qualifications :
– Atleast 3 years exp as a Mortgage Underwriter
– Atleast 2 yrs exp as a Trainer /Manager/Team Lead in a BPO
– Strong written & Verbal communication skills
