Applications invited for ASSISTANT PROFESSORS

Requirements :

• Ph.D. in the relevant academic discipline or Masters with specialization in the relevant discipline.
• Industry experience in the relevant discipline is preferred.  Be able to translate concepts into user flows, wireframes, mockups and prototypes that lead to intuitive user experiences.
• Be able to create wireframes, user stories, user journeys, and mockups optimized for a wide range of devices and interfaces.
• Strong hold on software such as Adobe Creative Suite, FIGMA, Android Studio.
• Experience of planning and conducting user studies.
• Conversant with the quantitative and qualitative methods of data analysis.
• Conversant with programming languages such as Python, Node.js, ReactJS, Javascript, CSS, HTML.
• Published works would be advantageous.
• Strong analytical, observational, and problem-solving skills.
• A good record of attending conferences and academic events.
• Excellent research, writing, and interpersonal skills.
• A passion for teaching and engaging with students.

Responsibilities :

• Offer courses in the domain of user experience design.
• Design new and challenging assignments.
• Write research proposals and collaborate.
• Supervise major and minor student projects.
• Participate in department activities.
• Contribute in the growth of department through personal network, domain knowledge and skills.

Qualification & experience: For Faculty positions, minimum Post graduation in relevant subject / specialization with a First Class through academics.

Ph.D completed or those pursing Ph.D will be given weightage. Candidate should have an exceptional academic record and relevant Teaching and Research experience as per AICTE / UGC norms.
