Roles and Responsibilities

-Comfort children in times of need.

-Identify problems and convene with professionals if necessary.

-Create arts and crafts for children.

-Establish policies and procedures for inside and outside the classroom.

-Responsible for providing a safe and developmentally appropriate preschool program for young children that complies with all relevant legislation, policies and procedures.

-Nurtures children, provides meals, crafts, and instruction, and ensures students are clean and kept safe.

-Develop activities to stimulate the children.

-be very active and energetic, should good possess communication and interpersonal skills.

-have good teaching skills

-be loyal, sincere and committed to work long term.

-be skilled in activity oriented teaching using creative and innovative teaching techniques

Qualification – BA/MA and MTTC
