• Shift Timing 5.30 PM 2.30 AM, 16*7 operation, and two days off on any two consecutive days, based on rostering and as per volumes.

The Team Leader will supervise and lead a team of Advisors. They will ensure that the team meets performance targets and maintains a high standard of client service.

Responsibilities :
Provide coaching and guidance to team members to improve performance.
Monitor the team’s performance metrics and implement corrective actions as needed.
Conduct regular team meetings to communicate goals and expectations.
Assist in the recruitment and training of new team members.
Handle escalated client issues and provided resolutions.
Should be a people manager and should focus on Issue resolution for clients.

Requirements :
1-2 years of experience in managing Teams, overall experience 2-4 years
Strong leadership and mentoring skills.
Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
