Job Description: Manager Learning Solutions
The Manager of Learning Solutions is responsible for overseeing the development, implementation, and evaluation of learning solutions for our corporate clients. The primary focus of this role is to create and deliver effective training programs that address the specific learning needs of our corporate clients. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of adult learning theory, instructional design principles, and experience in developing and delivering leadership development and capability development programs.
Responsibilities:
· Collaborate with clients to identify their learning and development needs and design customized training solutions.
· Conduct thorough needs assessments to determine the gaps in knowledge and skills within client organizations.
· Utilize adult learning theory and instructional design principles to design and develop engaging and interactive training programs.
· Create learning objectives, course outlines, and curriculum maps that align with the identified learning needs.
· Develop and be part of the pre-sales calls with sales team to understand client requirements.
· Utilize various instructional methods and delivery modalities, including e-learning, virtual classrooms, workshops, and blended learning approaches.
· Monitor and evaluate the impact and effectiveness of training initiatives through assessments, surveys, and feedback.
· Collaborate with internal stakeholders, subject matter experts, and instructional designers to ensure high-quality and impactful learning experiences.
· Maintain strong relationships with clients and serve as a trusted advisor in learning and development matters.
Qualifications:
· Bachelor’s degree in Education, Training and Development, Organizational Psychology, or a related field. A Master’s degree is preferred.
· Proven experience in designing and delivering leadership development and capability development programs to corporates.
· Strong knowledge of adult learning theory, instructional design principles, and e-learning development.
· Proficiency in using instructional design software, e-learning authoring tools, and learning management systems.
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and stakeholders.
· Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
· Analytical mindset with the ability to gather and interpret data to measure the effectiveness of training programs.
