Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver tailored English language courses to a diverse group of learners online.
• Establish a positive and friendly classroom environment that fosters active participation and effective learning.
• Develop and implement assessments that measure English language proficiency and track student progress over time.
• Provide constructive feedback to students on their English language skills and course performance.
• Collaborate with team members and administrators on the development of curriculum materials and instructional strategies.
• Attend and participate in staff meetings and professional development activities as necessary.
• Model appropriate communication and language learning strategies for students.

Requirements

• Minimum of Bachelor’s degree in TESOL, English, or a related field.
• CPR/First Aid certification preferred.
• At least 2 years of experience teaching English.
• Proficient in English grammar, spelling, and punctuation.
• Knowledgeable about online learning platforms and tools.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to adapt to changing situations and work independently.
