Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Retail Trainer located in New Delhi. The Retail Trainer will be responsible for delivering training programs for sales associates and for ensuring that all associates receive the appropriate training to execute their roles effectively. The Retail Trainer will also work with the management team to identify areas of improvement and to develop and implement strategies for enhancing the customer experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
• At least 3 years of experience in training and development in the retail sector
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Dedication to delivering exceptional customer service
• Exceptional organizational and time-management skills
