Job Role: Career Advisor

Experience : 2 years (an experienced working professional as an educational consultant for a study abroad firm is preferred).

Location : Kochi, Kerala, India (Applicants must be residing in the same state).

Job responsibilities:

A career advisor has to communicate with students in a positive and understanding manner to help them find solutions to their questions or problems. A Career Advisor has to collaborate with students, parents, and teachers to support students’ academic success. They have to offer one-on-one emotional support and assist students in making plans for the future by assisting them in developing a career.

Maintain database: Record enquiries and details of candidates.

Actively respond to all calls and ensure call backs.

Assisting in the preparation of documents.

Following up on visa application processes.

Being well-informed and up-to-date on visa procedures

Maintaining cordial relations with the students and branches.

Taking mock interview of the students and preparing them for visa interviews

Qualifications and other requirements:

• Any graduates.
• Good language and communication skills
• strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• excellent analytical and diagnostic skills.
• The ability to work independently and as part of a team.
