Roles & Responsibilties :-

Location- Kolhapur, Pune, Aurangabad

Job Description

The Teacher will work in Municipal schools and help us implement the Reading Program that aims at making students independent readers and enable them to develop a reading habit. The Reading Program Focuses on 3 major areas to teach English/Hindi/Marathi to the students:-

Phonics

English/Hindi/Marathi Grammar

English/Hindi/Marathi Language

Roles and Responsibilities

Conduct English/Hindi/Marathi language lessons for the class assigned.

Making apt unit plans and Lesson plans for their classes.

Conducting activities for students to ensure maximum learning.

Conducting Assessments at regular intervals of time in a fair and just manner.

Collect Student data namely assessment, attendance, library books issuance etc.

Applying the feedback and training in classes conducted at schools.

Conduct parents-teachers meeting at regular intervals of time.

Checking books/ worksheets of the students regularly.

Interact with the parents of the students regularly and update them on the progress of their children.

Giving constructive feedback to the Lead Program Managers about the Program.

Build healthy relations with the Government School teachers, School Management, Parents and Children.

Desired Candidate Profile

Teaching Experience of 6 months – 1 Year

Graduation/D.Ed/ECCED/Diploma in Teaching

Fluency in Spoken & Written English, Hindi & Marathi
