Role & responsibilities
Understanding the customer’sneedsd and counseling regarding our courses and helping them with course selection.
Generating the revenue for the company by selling the courses directly to the Students.
Regular follow-up through phone, email, etc (Advice/ Counsel students regarding various universities, courses, admission requirements, entrance exams, scholarships, test prep, pathways, premium admission counseling, etc) Assessing student goals and objectives, and credentials using the appropriate internal tools.
Skills:
- Excellent communications skills
- Pleasing personality with convincing skills for selling the profile
- Female candidate only
- Previous experience of counseling in education set-up of minimum 1-2 years and corresponding Tele-calling ability to convince on a product on phone plus invite to the Center
- Good control of MS Office and the Internet especially Excel for report generation
- Follow up Calling of Leads & handling walk-in inquiries
- Database Management for the leads coming for inquiry
- Coordinate in-house events and marketing activities.
Job Types: Full-time, Internship
Pay: 12,000.00 – 30,000.00 per month
