  • Providing detailed information to enquiries/leads.
  • Maintaining records of each phone call for future reference.
  • Offering exceptional customer service and satisfaction.
  • Following up with enquiries/leads for any further information.
  • Taking feedback from the enquiries/leads.
  • Maintaining a healthy relationship with existing students and enquiries.
