2.Responsible for college and school tie ups for lead generation.

3.Conducting seminars and test at school and colleges.

4.Should be able to handle a team of counselors and train them.

5.Activities after enrollments and arrears checking, to ensure 0 arrears.

6.Suggest new and innovative ways to increase enrollments.
