About the Role – Cuemath Champion
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced individual with a can-do attitude who embodies Cuemath’s values of integrity, empathy, and excellence.
As a Cuemath Champion, you will be an integral part of our Teacher & Customer Success team. In this role, you will oversee a team of teachers and ensure their professional growth and success. Additionally, you will play a vital role in building and maintaining strong relationships with parents whose children are being taught by your cohort of teachers and be responsible for their experience and retention
Candidates who are proactive, take utmost ownership of their work, and are obsessive about customer satisfaction (whether that customer is a teacher or a parent) will thrive in this role.
Skills & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in education or a STEM field.
- High on proactiveness and ownership.
- Strong coaching and mentoring skills with a passion for supporting teachers and customers.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to build and maintain relationships with teachers and customers.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively with cross-functional departments.
- Demonstrated organizational, time-management, and multitasking abilities.
- Customer-facing experience, either in customer service or sales/business development operations.
- Familiarity with educational best practices, curriculum development, and instructional strategies is a plus.
- Understanding of the challenges and demands of the teaching profession is a plus.
- Experience managing teachers or teaching experience is a plus.
Job Responsibilities
Manage a team of teachers:
- Provide teachers guidance, support, and mentorship to enhance their teaching skills and classroom management techniques.
- Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback to help teachers grow professionally.
- Collaborate with teachers to set goals and develop action plans to support their students and help them achieve their learning goals.
Customer relationship management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with the parents whose children are taught by the cohort of teachers you manage to address any concerns or issues raised by parents or students in a timely and professional manner.
- Collaborate with cross-functional departments to ensure customer satisfaction and timely resolution of any issues.
- Ensure a smooth renewal of their Cuemath program with relevant inputs and support from the teacher.
Inspire and support teachers:
- Foster a positive and collaborative work environment to inspire teachers and promote their professional growth.
- Conduct regular team meetings and provide ongoing support to ensure teachers are meeting deliverables and objectives.
- Act as a resource and provide guidance on curriculum development, instructional strategies, and classroom management techniques.
