About the Role :

– We are looking for a trusted finance business partner to support the Business team. The candidate must demonstrate independence, excellence, and integrity in decision-making and business judgment. Strong knowledge of information systems, financial planning, accounting, strategic planning, risk assessment, and business development is required, preferably in an E-Commerce or software company. The right candidate for this role will demonstrate strong collaboration skills, financial aptitude, excellent business intuition, and the capability to work at multiple levels, including high-level strategy and day-to-day financial details.

Skills & Experience:

– Prior experience in a technology/software/SaaS company is a plus

– Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint

– Hands-on experience with financial software (e.g. Business Objects, QlikView, SAP BPC, etc)

– Articulate and concise with strong communication skills

– Ability to adapt to a complex and changing environment

– Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage tight deadlines

– Ambitious and ability to learn quickly

– Strong team player

Job Responsibilities :

– Partnering directly with the Business Team, as a member of his line management staff

– Providing the INDIA & International territory sales/ops team weekly billings and ACV forecast

– Analyzing business performance and providing financial insights and advice

– Providing the INDIA/International territory sales/ops team KPIs and metrics and collaborating with Sales/Ops Leads for consistency

– Assisting process and tool for the team’s pipeline analysis and management

– Supporting Channel Partner programs and creating partner targets

– Approving all deal discounts related to the sales/op’s resources

– Providing deal support, in partnership with the Deal Desk team in Sales Operations, to develop agreements and agreement proposals

– Leading the cross-functional team to close fiscal months/quarters.

– Assisting in Commission analysis on commission costs forecasting

– Assisting in formulating incentives plan, validation, and analysis.

– Analysis and pre-validation of various schemes and discounts.

– Building Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) and Quarterly Business Planning (QBPs), presenting EOQ finance decks to review performance and metrics

– Managing the OPEX budget (headcount and variable) for the sales/ops team

– Playing the key role in compliance and fiduciary
