Job Description
As a Tally Trainer, you will be responsible for imparting knowledge and skills to the students. Your role involves delivering training programs, providing hands-on guidance to help students effectively use Tally for their accounting and financial management needs.
Responsibilities:
Create training materials, including presentations, manuals, and hands-on exercises.
Conduct in-person or virtual training sessions for individuals or groups.
Provide practical, hands-on training to enhance students’ proficiency.
Evaluate student understanding and skill acquisition through assessments and practical exercises.
Provide constructive feedback and support to help students to improve their Tally skills.
Keep updates and new features in Tally software.
Update training materials and methodologies to align with the latest software advancements.
Documentation:
Maintain accurate records of training sessions, including students attendance, performance, and feedback.
Prepare reports and documentation on training outcomes for management.
