Identify and source potential candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, networking, and referrals.
Actively engage with candidates to build a strong talent pipeline.
Conduct initial screenings to assess candidates’ qualifications and cultural fit.
Interviewing and Assessment:
Conduct in-depth interviews to evaluate candidates’ skills, experience, and cultural alignment with the company.
Utilize assessment tools and techniques to evaluate candidates’ competencies and potential.
Collaboration with Hiring Managers:
Partner with hiring managers to understand their specific hiring needs and priorities.
Provide regular updates on candidate pipelines and facilitate the interview process.
Offer Negotiation and Onboarding:
Extend offers to selected candidates and assist with negotiation as needed.
Ensure a smooth onboarding process for new hires, including paperwork and orientation.
Candidate Experience:
Deliver an exceptional candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
Gather feedback from candidates and continuously improve the recruitment process.
Data Management and Reporting:
Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
Generate recruitment reports to track key performance metrics and provide insights for process improvement.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
Proven experience as a recruiter in a similar role.
Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices, including sourcing and interviewing techniques.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work collaboratively with hiring managers and cross-functional teams.
Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and HR software.
