This is a full-time position, based in Delhi, India. Normal working hours are flexible. The successful Tutoring Recruitment Associate will help implement and drive value, whilst exerting the capability to engage in a diverse stakeholder group. You’re an energetic person who loves collaborating with other members of the People team and People Leaders, but can equally get out there and create your own content or drive your own initiatives. You don’t need to have any experience in any aspects of recruitment, but should be able to maintain multiple projects at once and maintain strong relationships. We are looking for someone that is passionate and will hustle to achieve excellent results. Proficiency in Mandarin or Russian is desirable but not required. What are the main responsibilities for this role? Coordinating all aspects of the online induction, service, and transition for Crimson’s tutors, mentors, and consultants (TMC’s); including onboarding and offboarding processesBuilding and maintaining all relevant TMC records, including all feedback, and passing relevant reports to Service LeadershipManaging the relevant email accounts, answering all questions from tutors, and ensuring that their concerns are addressed promptly and effectivelyWorking to ensure that all tutors are highly engaged, set up for success, and productive within their roles in the marketplace: this includes, but is not limited to, engagement surveys, check-ins with top tutors, pay reviews, providing feedback and training, and distributing strikesCoordinating the career progress for TMCs – giving them opportunities to participate in other Crimson functionsAnalysing sales, service, and product data to deliver insights and projects that improve Tutoring business outcomesOther tasks as needed by Service and Tutor leadershipLead the recruitment portfolio with a strong lens for innovative, opportunities and proactive process improvement.End-to-end recruitment of roles, including drafting job descriptions and ads, posting roles and proactive sourcing, and screening candidates.Champion initiatives to reduce bias in the recruitment process.Providing project management support for Crimson’s People Team programs.Assisting the People & Performance team in the progression and moderation of operating policies, guidelines, and systems to encourage best practices within the companyMaintaining HR data integrity by ensuring the accuracy and consistency of input data. What skills and experience are required?
