Global Marketing Campaign Coordinator Role

One of the key strategic priorities of the Crimson Education BD team is to run 6 flagship competitions for high school students annually

Currently, there are Tiger Global Case Competitions (3,500 contestants per year), Harvard Crimson Essay Competition (2,500 contestants per year), Uber Global Hackathon (2000+ contestants)

New competitions are yet to come.

We are looking for Global Marketing Campaign Coordinator to join the team, who will be responsible for running and promoting campaigns

You will have the opportunity to develop and execute your campaign plan, coordinate events, make presentations, and promo materials

You will report to the Business Development Team Lead and work under the guidance of the Campaign Manager, with an aim to help the department achieve its revenue-generating goals.

This is a full-time remote position.

Objectives

– Organize and provide everyday leadership for the co-curricular competitions for high school students
– Organize and run online events (webinars, trainings, online presentations etc.)
– Collaborate with the design department to produce promotional materials
– Organize promotional activities in collaboration with digital marketing department
– Maintaining contact with campaign stakeholders
– Track progress on the daily/weekly/monthly basis

Requirements and skills

– Knowledge of such tools as Canva, Typeform, SquareSpace (or alternatives).
– Solid computer skills, including but not limited to Google Docs/Sheets/Slides
– Familiarity with Customer Relationship Management and Content Management System software
– Excellent communication and presentation skills
– You are highly organized and you know how to organize others
– BSc degree in Marketing or relevant field
– You speak English fluently, write clearly and communicate effectively
– Great if you have a proven work experience as a Marketing Coordinator/Project Coordinator
