Job Role : Education Program Manager ( Innovation Coach)

Students get to work on projects using Robotics to Engineering design to Coding to 3D printing to AI and IoT as they design and prototype solutions for the real world.

Who are we looking for?

We are looking for go-getters who share our beliefs about the necessity of skills, and we want you to help us make our vision a reality in schools

As an Education Program Manager, you will be in charge of the successful implementation of our program in 10 to 15 schools and driving innovation and design thinking among school students

The prime responsibility will be to coach the teachers on the technologies and pedagogy of innovation and support them so that students are excited and school management are happy.

What are the Key Responsibilities?

Building stakeholder engagement with the school management in the schools allocated to you

Coach teachers on the elements of the Creya program such as the curriculum, tools and technologies and the implementation process

Coaching teachers on how to use tools and technologies such as Engineering, Robotics, IOT, Programming, 3D Printers, Digital tools and others

Mentor teachers on pedagogies such as experiential learning, inquiry based learning and learning approaches such as STEM Education and Design Thinking.

Monitor and manage teachers, coordinators and school heads in the allocated schools to understand and manage stakeholder expectations

Contribute to all parts of the Creya organization with inputs to the product & curriculum team, marketing team and strategy

What does it take to join us?

The EPM role is about your passion for impact creativity in schools

So your enthusiasm to connect with teachers, school leaders, students and parents need to be high

You will also need to have significant interest in travel since the schools you will be responsible for will be spread across a couple of states in India at times going up 15 days a month

This role requires a fair amount of leadership, communication, collaboration, initiative, adaptability, thinking skills and a strong can-do attitude

Some of the other things you will need to have are:

*A Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Science/Engineering/Technology/Education/Design

*Good written and spoken communication skills in English Language

*Willingness to travel and be based in any location across the country
