Key Roles & Responsibilities
1.To monitor program implementation in the District ensuring quality education, improvement in learning level, and holistic development of students.
2.To effectively implement:
a.Annual school calendar
b.Policies/processes
3.To ensure optimum capacity utilization of schools by increasing enrolment and retention of children.
4.To ensure implementation of the school operating manual, timely closure of the ‘corrective action plan’
5.To carry out training need assessment of teaching staff and arrange their training.
6.To network and liaise with various stakeholders (community, parents, govt. bodies/authorities, etc) to build and nurture long-term relationships.
7.To be part of the teacher’s recruitment process, disciplinary issues, teacher engagement, and performance review.
8.To ensure timely generation and submission of various reports – MSR, School Report Card, Review Reports, etc.
9.To periodically visits schools and provide guidance to CC, HT, and teachers and review academic progress. Classroom observation is to be done during this period along with teacher observation and random notebook correction.
10.To ensure smooth conduct of spot test, TSKT, diagnostic test, and Exit test.
11.To conduct need-based teacher training for CC and HT.
12.To ensure programmatic aspects are updated, and reviewed and timely corrective action is taken for the allocated district.
13. conduct HT meetings and ensure the team is updated regularly on progress.
14.To monitor the school development plan.
15.To monitor Virtual classes and ensure teachers are delivering quality classes.
16.To ensure school expenses are aligned to AOP expenses.
17.To ensure adherence guidelines / processes as issued by Head office.
