Teacher Success Manager (Training) – Music (Piano or Guitar) (4 – 8 years)

Responsible for creating a world class teacher training program to help existing and potential teachers get trained on technical skills and constantly improve themselves.

Location –Mumbai, India

Responsibilities –

• Developing engaging training content on specific topics (both for in-class training and offline learning)
• Thinking about creative training formats which can engage teachers and improve training outcomes
• Delivering training on specific topics for music teachers and teacher candidates
• Working with external training partners to vet training content used by them

Requirements –

• Minimum 4 years of teaching or training experience
• Minimum Grade 8 (Practical) in Piano or Guitar through Trinity / ABRSM / LCME / Rockschool
• Candidates with a team management experience will have an advantage
• Candidates with a teacher training experience in the past will have an advantage
