• Prepare/Curate lesson plan, videos and activities appropriate for the class level.
• Trian the teachers.
• Coordinate with school heads in implementing the content prepared.
• Observe the teachers class and give appropriate feedback to improve their class.
• Update the content based on the observation and feedbacks.

Required Competencies

Educational Qualification : B. Ed.

Skill Competencies :

• Able to curate appropriate content from online and off-line resources.
• Good written and communication skill.
• Good planning and organising skill.
• Familiar with MS Office and Google suit.
• Mentoring/training teachers.

Experience : 5 ~ 10years
