Job Description
Should have a minimum of 1+ year of hands-on experience in student counseling about IT courses (If experienced)
Handling the inbound leads and outgoing calls to inquiries generated from Marketing activities
Follow up effectively to generate walk-ins from pre-define leads and convert them to closure
Guide students on selecting the most appropriate course considering students profile
Responsible for pitching the IT Courses to prospective customers over the phone and email
Should be able to gauge the prospects and handle their objections
Responsible for achieving assigned sales targets through effective counseling as per the timelines
Excellent at written and oral communication
Comfortable working independently and collaboratively with other team members
Should have the ability to handle end to end sales cycle
Requirements
Strong written, verbal, analytical and presentation skills.
Master’s degree/Bachelor’s degree required or equivalent combination of education and experience from which comparable knowledge and abilities can be acquired
Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills: This includes presentation/speaking skills and small group facilitation. Exemplary writing and editing skills are required
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast paced environment
Strong computing skills, including the ability to self-teach in order to gain mastery systems as well as the ability to train others

Good Subject Knowledge
Must have prior training experience or should have working knowledge according to Job Description
