Job overview:
The Enterprise team within Coursera serves global organizations, including leading companies, governments, and nonprofits, who seek to upskill or retrain their workforce with the world’s best education. This team is made up of several sub-teams: Sales, Solution Consulting Customer Success, Revenue Strategy & Operations. The teams operate globally and have members based around the world and concentrated in offices in Mountain View, New York, London, Gurgaon, and Abu Dhabi.
The Manager of Solution Consulting India is a critical part of Coursera’s APAC sales leadership team. The Solution Consulting team is responsible for helping drive revenue by advising customers on how to develop their organization’s skills. The team is also responsible for shaping Coursera’s skills strategy through its product platform and content catalog. The team has ~30 high performing and passionate consultants and analysts around the world. This role will directly manage the Solution Consultants in India, reporting into the Global Head of Solution Consulting..
The role includes these key elements:
Lead a team of Solution Consultants that will partner with Account Executives to drive revenue by understanding customers’ learning needs and creating and presenting a vision of how Coursera’s content and platform address those needs
Partner with Sales Leaders to create and execute GTM sales motions to hit revenue targets
Work with cross functional leaders (e.g. Marketing, Data Science, Content Strategy, Product teams) to influence the products and services Coursera offers to help us to deliver our mission
Leverage the Solution Consulting team’s expertise to develop thought leadership on future skills to support marketing and sales activities and position Coursera as a thought leader

Responsibilities:
Lead, manage and retain the ~7 person Solution Consulting team in APAC
Help drive revenue goals through the Solution Consulting team’s involvement in sales and renewal conversations
Execute Solution Consulting strategy and approach for Corusera’s business, government and higher education customers.
Create strong processes that help guide the team’s work and measure their impact
Help shape Coursera’s positioning, product and content strategy
Be a vocal member of the APAC enterprise leadership team and help drive global initiatives
Basic Qualifications:
2+ years of experience managing pre sales SaaS teams
10+ years of experience in client-facing roles (e.g. pre and/or post sales consulting), with experience working with large enterprise corporations, governments or academic institutions
Background in one of the following customer-facing functions: sales engineering, solutions architecture, management consulting, or similar functions
Deep interest in online education and an abiding belief in its ability to transform lives
Preferred Qualifications:
Managed a team of 6+ people
Experience with higher education sales, workforce development, skills transformation
