Job Description

1. Coordinate with the Operations team for the learners looking forward to placement.
2. Screen resumes and other job requirements and align learners with the hiring partners for interview and further processes.
3. Conduct interviews with qualified candidates to assess their skills and fit for open positions.
4. Build and maintain relationships with hiring partners to understand their hiring needs and priorities.
5. Track and report on placement metrics, such as time to hire and offer acceptance rate.

Requirements and Qualifications

1. Bachelor’s degree in psychology, human resources, business administration, or a related field.
2. Proven working experience in recruiting at least 1 year
3. Deep understanding of recruitment processes
4. Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS), recruiting software and candidate databases
5. Strong knowledge of candidates selection methods
6. Previous experience with candidate sourcing tools and methods
7. Effective negotiation, influencing and communication skills
