- Coordinate with the Operations team for the learners looking forward to placement.
- Screen resumes and other job requirements and align learners with the hiring partners for interview and further processes.
- Conduct interviews with qualified candidates to assess their skills and fit for open positions.
- Build and maintain relationships with hiring partners to understand their hiring needs and priorities.
- Track and report on placement metrics, such as time to hire and offer acceptance rate.
Requirements and Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in psychology, human resources, business administration, or a related field.
- Proven working experience in recruiting at least 1 year
- Deep understanding of recruitment processes
- Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS), recruiting software and candidate databases
- Strong knowledge of candidates selection methods
- Previous experience with candidate sourcing tools and methods
- Effective negotiation, influencing and communication skills
