Role & responsibilities

As a Product Trainer for Cosmetics, candidate role will involve providing comprehensive training and education to the sales team and beauty advisors on our range of cosmetic products.

1. Creating engaging and informative training materials, including presentations, product manuals, and interactive modules, to effectively educate the sales team about the features, benefits, and usage of our products.

2. Delivering engaging training sessions, both in-person and virtually, to sales teams and beauty advisors.

3. Organizing and conducting product demonstrations and workshops to showcase the proper use and application of our cosmetic products at corporate & retail level.

4. Collaborating with the sales team to provide on-going product support, answering their questions, and addressing any challenges they may face in promoting and selling the cosmetic products effectively.

5. Staying up to date with the latest trends, innovations and competition in the cosmetics industry.

Working closely with cross-functional teams, such as marketing and product development, to provide input on new product launches, marketing campaigns, and promotional activities.

Preferred candidate profile

1. A bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification in a relevant field such as cosmetics, beauty, or related disciplines.

2. We are seeking a male candidate who has demonstrated experience as a product trainer, preferably within the cosmetics industry. Open to travel across India.

3. In-depth knowledge of cosmetic products, trends, and application techniques.

4. Excellent training and presentation abilities, with the capacity to deliver engaging and interactive sessions.

5. Strong interpersonal skills to establish rapport with sales teams, beauty advisors, and cross-functional teams.

6. Strong analytical skills to assess training effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.
