Our company is looking for a highly motivated & talented academic counsellor, who can make people decide on their choices of education and gift them with the best education choice in a leading educational academy in Ernakulam location.
Role : Academic Counsellor

Responsibilities and Duties:

• Inspecting clients’ career-related aspirations, concerns, and uncertainties throughout the consultation process.
• One has to be ready to convince individuals through their words on the phone itself.
• Evaluate clients’ educational and work backgrounds in order to help them determine what they need to do next to achieve their goals.
• Handle Telephonic queries and document the details.
• Converting inquiries into admissions.
• Create sales pipe lines and convert the leads to meet and exceed targets.
• Performing counselling for interested candidates by making outbound calls.

Qualification and Skills:

• Knowledge / Experience in the academic field will be an added advantage
• Must have excellent communication and presentation skills, a pleasant personality

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: ₹18,000.00 – ₹20,000.00 per month

Schedule:

• Day shift
