Corporate Trainer (L&D Trainer) Hiring for Job at Gurgaon, Jaipur Full Time

The Trainers primary responsibilities will be to ensure the smooth scheduling, co ordination and facilitation of activities related to the training function.

Responsibilities:

• Scheduling, planning, and co coordinating the Training activities with the concerned teams
• Send timely updates, training invites, reminders etc by e-mail giving special attention to the timelines offered by the Ops teams
• Obtaining training aids and resources as required
• Ability to provide details about the current training sessions to the participants
• Supporting content research through online or other media.
• Conduct classroom based communication skills training to executives till Managers
• Offer on-floor support as per business needs
• Understand and follow the organizational hierarchy for internal communication.

Eligibility:

• Minimum tenure of 2-3 year as Communication/Soft skills trainer in any BPO/KPO
• Persuasive communication skills (both verbal and written)
• Basic knowledge of MS-Office (Word, PPT, Excel & Outlook)
• Willing to work in 24/7 environment
• Open to hybrid work culture (WFH & WFO both)
