Role Description
This is a part-time, remote role for a Corporate Trainer at Fazo Academy. The Corporate Trainer will be responsible for developing and delivering training sessions for IT courses, preparing instructional materials tailored to various skill levels, and ensuring learners gain practical, job-ready skills. They will also assess student performance, provide feedback, and assist learners in refining both technical competencies and soft skills. Collaboration with the curriculum team to refine course content will be part of daily tasks, ensuring alignment with current industry trends.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in teaching programming languages such as Python, Java, or .NET, and knowledge of emerging technologies like AI, ML, and DL.
- Experience in developing and delivering training content, lesson plans, and assessments tailored to diverse learning needs.
- Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex topics.
- Capability to mentor learners in real-world project scenarios and provide performance feedback and guidance.
- Familiarity with e-learning platforms and tools to deliver remote training sessions.
- Ability to stay updated with trends in IT education and customize content accordingly.
- A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a closely related field is preferred.
- Prior experience as a corporate trainer or in a similar educational role is advantageous.
