Roles and Responsibilities

• Liaise with managers to determine training needs and schedule training sessions.
• Check current training programs and implement progressive changes.
• Training individuals or groups of employees.
• Design effective training programs and mechanisms.
• Prepare educational materials such as modules, presentations, and videos.
• Support and mentor new employees.
• Conduct evaluations to identify areas of improvement.
• Monitor employee performance and response to training.
• Critical thinking and decision-making.
• Knowledge of working in the Accounts and Finance sector or in KPO will be an advantage.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Requirement for internal group companies.
• Qualified B.Com or M.Com Graduate.
• Good Communication, Presentation Skills, and public speaking skills.
• Understanding of effective teaching methodologies and tools.
• The candidate has experience in training in Finance and Accounting for 3 to 5 years.
• Having well-versed knowledge of MS Office skills, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
• Candidate with Accounting Software experience and worked on Tally, Quickbooks, or any related Cloud Software.
