• He or she is the person responsible to inculcate the qualities that include communicative skills, listening skills, team skills leadership quality, creativity and logic, problem-solving skills and readiness to change to name a few of them.
• Although it is supposed and to some extent write also that soft skills are generally gifted and cannot be learnt from a book or any other passive medium. Still, formal training can help to learn tips and techniques by being a keen observer, an eager learner and an assiduous workman religiously putting to practice all that has been taught by an expert Soft Skill Trainer.
• He should have the ability to make a decision, alertness, assertiveness, attention to details, calmness, commitment, cooperation, emotional stability, empathy, flexibility, generosity, tolerance, self-confidence, self-control, self- reliance, self-respect, honesty and sense of humour to name a few of them.

Responsible for complete the training within the defined time frame and handover to sales. Responsible for conducting refreshers training program based on the training need analysis shared by the Transnational Quality team. Responsible for Process Improvement Plan (performance management)
