Job Description of Area Manager – BDE:
To be versed with product knowledge.
To be aware of all competitors & their USP vis-à-vis ours
Be thorough with our & competitor’s agreement.
To handle the team of BDE, who are in turn responsible for meeting doctors, attendants, birthing centres, and generating leads for prospective presentation.
Thorough with all administrative & logistic policies of the company.
Organize meeting for daily, weekly & monthly feedback.
On job training of BDEs & Counsellors
Ensuring basic job role of the employees which includes meeting with doctors, attendants, counselling at specific locations, follow up with doctors, attendants & birthing centres. Follow up leads for presentations & CRM entry.
Ensuring that the new leads are followed up within 24 hours and proper follow ups are mentioned in the CRM.
Re-assigning leads which are not followed up or leads for ex-employees on urgent basics.
Coordinate regarding delivery of the clients with C.R.E and with the Phlebotomists and ensure proper collection, labelling of the kit box post collection & delivery to the Kolkata office.
Replacement of employees who has left the organization.
Any other jobs assigned from time to time.
Skillset Requirements:
Must have a team handling experience of at least 3 – 5 years.
Must be from stem cell banking industry / have gynae meeting experience.
Must have good communication.
Must have two – wheeler with license.
Compensation:
