• Research trends and tactics for retention against the YouTube algorithm
• Write prop lists, challenges, punishments, and prizes for videos that will be submitted to the CEO for approval
• Work with on-site teams day to day to ensure that the creative vision is met during production decisions, this will include but will not be limited to purchase decisions, sourcing materials, and scouting film locations worldwide
• Take meeting notes, and organize and track all creative documents in the production team drive

What Makes You a Fit

• Previous experience in YouTube preferred
• Knowledge of influencers/creators and current video trends- or willingness to learn this quickly
• You will need to have a willingness to learn and grow.

They will be limitless in idea generation and also need to be able to research and work within industry-proven video formats. This position will have a huge learning curve, it is one of the hardest roles to fulfill at our company.

If the candidate wants to exceed our expectations, they will study our data analytics for retention in our channels and research other top influencers. Ultimately learning what makes a good video will help our creative team develop even more successful formats to debut on the main channel.
