Position: Design Manager Multimedia for E Learning
We seek a highly skilled and motivated Design Manager with 5-10 years of experience to join our team
and design, develop and deliver 2D, 3D, graphics and videos for content and solutions. As a multimedia
manager, you will play a crucial role in ensuring creation, curation, design development and enhancing
content multimedia and templates as per defined requirement. You are expected to demonstrate
hands-on skills and maintain high-quality standards throughout the process. You should demonstrate
high proficiency in hands-on skills for user experience design, image, video and audio creation and
editing capabilities. Management and coordination experience with vendors and partners will be an
added advantage.
Experience: 5-10 years
Responsibilities:
• Create multimedia strategies and processes for delivery.
• Design effective media strategies for content design, development and delivery.
• Create mockups and designs for UX and UIs as per requirement.
• Research & collaborate with various content teams to generate creative ideas for visual
elements that support content themes and objectives.
• Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure multimedia content is delivered on
schedule and within budget.
• Developing training assets (including but not limited to instructor-led training, application
simulations and virtual-web-based training) based on high-level design specifications.
• Manage teams with effective tools and analytics to optimize and improve the performance of
the team.
• Capacity building of the team based on the requirements of project pipeline.
• Generate regular reports on partner performance, highlighting key metrics, trends, and areas of
improvement.
• Provide timely updates and insights to the supervisor, ensuring transparency and informed
decision-making.
• Conduct regular partner and vendor meetings, provide operational activity updates, address
concerns, and solicit feedback to enhance the partnership experience.
• Collaborate with partners to identify opportunities for process optimization, streamlining
workflows, and improving testing outcomes.
B. Requirements:
• Bachelors degree with certifications or experience in graphics, audio and video tools.
• Proven experience (5-10 years) in multimedia project coordination, preferably in the education,
edtech, skilling, training industry.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with
internal and external stakeholders.
• Creative thinking and the ability to translate complex ideas into visually appealing content.
• Analytical mindset and problem-solving capabilities to identify and address operational
challenges.
• Proficiency in using operations management software, project management tools, and
Microsoft Office Suite.
• Excellent hands-on skills on Adobe Tools, Photoshop, Illustrator, Aftereffects, Animate etc.
• Strong understanding of design principles, typography, and color theory for creating accessible
multimedia content.
• Knowledge of current design trends and digital media best practices.
• Familiarity with content management systems and digital publishing platforms.
